"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. No shampoo, conditioner, soap or dish washer soap. No information or how do use booklet. Couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. We open the...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro store, Jean Coutu and the subway (we love Montreal subway so easy to navigate), and close to, apparently, a very popular Smoked Salmon store (and we tried it). As expected, the challenging part was finding a parking spot (but nothing new when we need to park in...

"We loved the 2 parking spots and the 3 floors. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for a visit to Montreal. Nice location too very close to everything. Host was very helpful with our wifi questions. Will def come back here and recommend to others"

"Very nice house in a wonderful location. It is showing signs of wear that the owner needs to address. Parking – garage is a bonus. Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window. Visited during 93F temp and could stay reasonably cool if keep bedroom doors open Cleanliness –good surface cleaning. On closer inspection - mold growing in the drying rack, dirty...

"The home looked like an abandoned home from the outside -- straight out of a horror movie. The deck had broken boards, totally unsafe to walk and sit on. Grass was not cut. The property had a terrible smell of sewage. The floors indoors were warped and buckling. Rooms are much smaller than images show. Definitely not worth a look. We couldn't stay at the location and moved to a hotel. This was totally disappointing."

"Nice place but in need of top sheets instead of cover for the duvet cover. It also would have been nice to have some Kleenex around. The binder with instructions were lacking information, especially on checkout and local information. "
