The property is set in a beautiful garden with a lovely pool. My daughter and I arrived late evening 23rd December by taxi from the airport. We had code for keysafe but no key in it! We rang the owner and she came over- she had obviously forgotten our booking and put us in a sub-standard room. It ooked out over a kind of patchy yard at the back of the building (not terrible, but not a view of the garden others had). Definitely not like the photos. A sheet but no covers and chilly at night. No bedside lamps.Our hostess gave us a loaf of cheap white bread, some crisps and a pineapple - by now 10.30-11pm. Not ideal. The reception are was then closed for the rest of our stay (we left on 27th). Breakfast was supposed to be included (or at least available at the property) but there was NONE and the local supermarket was closed on 25th. I eventually saw the hostess on 26th. When I asked about breakfast she said there wouldn't be any that day or on the 27th. She told me - quite rudely - that I could walk to the local boulangerie (of course I knew that and it was a really good one - but we had signed up for breakfast). There was a gorgeous beach not far away (30 mins walk) but the first mile or so of the road was NOT ideal, busy with speedy traffic and no pavement etc. Car is essential in Guadeloupe but I wasn't comfortable as 2 women driving 40km in the dark on first night. NOT right to be without ANY SERVICE over Christmas. At a minimum inform guests of this.

Chambre et personnel, piscine très bien: endroit calme et sécuritaire. J’aurais apprécié qu’il y ait papier de toilette et produit de nettoyage de base dans l’appartement ( disponibles sur demande au lobby cependant).

La résidence est agréable et d'un bon rapport qualité prix. Un bémol cependant concernant la propreté (chaussettes sales trouvées sous le lit..), draps tachés (du sans en plus) Les équipements des appartements sont également très limités : pas de produits de base en arrivant : sel, poivre, huile, liquide vaisselle et pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle. Vaisselle également très restreinte 6 verres seulement pour un appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu' à 6 à 8 personnes. Le personnel est très disponible et attentionné.

Nous avons passé un super sejour entre amis. Les logements avec terrasse en rez de chaussée permette un acces rapide a la piscine, qui est tres grande et agreable en fin de journee. Une residence intimiste où l'on ne croise que quelques vacanciers en mai. Logement plus que correct, tous les equipements necessaires sont founis. Literie et salle de bain au top. Personnel très sympathique. Je recommande sans hesiter !

Un séjour inoubliable ! J’ai passé un super moment dans ce logement en Guadeloupe. L’endroit est propre, bien équipé, conforme à la description, et très agréable à vivre. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et reposant, parfait pour se détendre. L’hôte a été disponible. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Le personnel de l’établissement a était au top a répondu à toute mes attentes ainsi que des petits soucis que j’ai pu rencontrer je reviendrais sûrement dans cette hébergement mais véhiculer car sans cela peut être très compliquer pour se déplacer facilement avec un enfant en bas âge

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la cuisine extérieure. la propreté de la chambre et la propreté du site en général, la façon dont nous avons été accueilli. La piscine manque un peu d'amour mais à notre départ, une rénovation était en cours. Le seule point négatif serait les aboiement constant des chiens aux alentours mais cela est hors de contrôle de la résidence. Il serait aussi intéressant pour les clients de savoir la différence entre un hôtel et une résidence par rapport aux remplacements de serviettes, à la vidange des poubelles, au remplacement possible ou non du papier de toilette, etc. En résumé je recommanderais quand même la résidence. Le logement ressemble aux photos, un peu passé. La résidence est en rénovation, le mobilier en partie renouvelé. La porte fenêtre etait descellé sur un côte mais cela ne nous a pas gêné.
