5 lodgings in the house. 1st floor (access in winter to the entrance of the building by a staircase descending from the car park): living room-kitchen lounge area (1 sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin La Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. Access to the cottage in winter by a staircase from the public car park; in summer, possibility of parking in the yard. Renovated presbytery in the heart of the village, located 17km from the slopes. On a south-east facing hillside. Superb environment of forests and meadows. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. large tarmacked courtyard and small landscaped lot. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.

Très bon gîte au milieu de la nature avec une vue magnifique.
Super gîte, très propre et confortable avec une super vue sur les montagnes. Le seul défaut est qu'il est un peu loin des stations de ski mais c'est gérable.
