"The location ia great in front of the sea, ferry terminal and historical centre of Basseterre. The rooms are small but enough area with all necessary ammenities."

"This place is amazing! It was like a private retreat with an exclusive beach almost to yourself. Access to The Pavillion Club pool and restaurant made the place even better. Wilfried is an amazing host and an outstanding communicator. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice private location to relax. Wilfried can also tell you all of the great places to eat and help with reservations. Highly Recommend! "

"Delightful site with amazing views and access a variety of beaches. Elpida is a wonderfully responsive host and property is well maintained and appropriately described in pictures of Villa Limani. Access road to Turtle Beach Estates is a bit rugged but this keeps traffic limited. Bottom line you will not be disappointed on this remarkable location."

"The property is a great base point to explore the island especially the southeast peninsula (Majors Bay a must for secluded beach with clear turquoise waters. While the rooms are not high luxury if that is how you travel, we found them quite functional and very reasonable. The staff ( especially Raol(sp) at the Dock bar ) are very friendly and helpful. While the nearby bars and restaurants can be noisy on occasion ( if your room faces them ) we weren’t terribly bothered and the food at the ‘strip’ restaurants and bars is quite good ( Sommelier our favorite) We would definitely return on a return trip."

"It's amazing. Just as listed. Everything on the property is perfect. Only complaint is the road to the unit. Pot hole hell. Not their fault and they can't change that. "
