This stylish 10-bedroom mansion is located in Saint-Georges-de-Montclard Aquitaine. It is ideal for families or large groups and can accommodate 19 people. Mice in Property

I rented the property at Belvilla which seemed to be located at Saint_George-de-Montclard. The accommodation seemed fine at first. However, on the evening of day two we found several mice in the main living area and soon afterwards we found at least 4 more running around the kitchen. My wife and other family members were extremely upset. Many of my party wanted to leave immediately. They found it very hard to be in the building with mice running around. However, it was not practical at that time of night to find accommodation for 14 people so we felt we had to stay. We then found droppings throughout the property and also saw live mice in one of the other rooms. I advised the caretakers immediately and they provided poison and, over the next three days, the sightings of live mice decreased. I tied to contact the owner (Mr Moorkens) via the caretakers and they assured me that he would meet me before we left to discuss compensation. However, despite several telephone calls and emails to him before we left and after we arrived as well as calls and emails to VRBO, I have had no response.
