"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"We were given a warm friendly welcome from owner Nicolas who showed us around his lovely homely farmhouse. "My wife and I spent a fantastic, relaxing 10 days in St Fort sur Gironde. We rented a very well equipped and comfortable 2-bedroom cottage with a private heated pool. As well as finding the gite all we wanted, the village and locality were wonderful too. "Fabulous 3 bed gite with a large pool, air con, fast wifi, outdoor games and UK tv channels. Great for families. Handily placed - 30mins to Royan, 40 mins to Cognac, 50 mins to Bordeaux. "One of the best places we have ever stayed. The house is surrounded by stunning views and the infinity pool sublime. It’s comprehensively equipped and the rooms are great. Amazing sunrises and sunsets and several Al fresco dinning areas. Lucy our host was great and very helpful. Hats off to Thomas her brother in law who was a brilliant concierge .
