Ich kann das Haus für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, sehr empfehlen. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen. Alles war unkompliziert. Elodie ist wirklich total nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus lieht in einem kleinen Weiler, zugehörend zu St. Germain Sur Ay. Die Lage ist ruhig. Obwohl es sich um ein älteres Haus handelt ist die Einrichtung top. Alles neu- es fehlt an nichts. Bis zum Meer sind es ca 2 km. Allerdings führt der kurze Weg eine Straße entlang, das ist nicht schön. Es führt aber auch ein Weg entlang des „Havre“ durch die Dünen zur Küste. Der Weg ist zwar länger ca 1 Std, aber traumhaft schön. Mit dem Auto ist der Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch drei Bars- die sind zum Essen aber nicht so toll. Einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bar sowie ein Top- Restaurant gibt es im eigentlichen alten Ortskern am Havre- fußläufig erreichbar entlang des Havre in 30 Min. Mit dem Auto sind zahlreiche zauberhafte Orte in der Gegend erreichbar und natürlich gute Restaurants. Wir waren oft in Portbail zum Essen. Ach ja- ganz wichtig für Austernliebhaber: Die gibt es gleich in bester Qualität direkt um die Ecke zu kaufen😊 Alles im allen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Danke, liebe Elodie!

La maison est très jolie, bien située et très propre. Elodie a noté tout ce qui était important. La réception wifi est aussi bonne ;-) Il y a tout ce qu'il faut - la cuisine est super équipée. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin des appareils, à l'exception de la plaque de cuisson et du réfrigérateur, mais il y avait tout ce dont femme/homme avait besoin. L'environnement est génial. La Normandie vaut absolument la peine d'être vue et est magnifique. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et à peine rentrés, la mer et les gens nous manquaient déjà.

Accueil très sympa. Elodie est très cordiale et flexible, elle s'est donné du mal pour satisfaire mes demandes (moules à gâteau par ex.) Petite maison mais pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, arrangée avec goût. Très proche de la mer. Joli village pas surpeuplé, plages superbes. Gens dans la région extêmement aimable. Vraiment à recommander et où j'aimerais revenir. Bonne continuation à Elodie.

Jolie maison confortable, dans un village calme, proche de la mer
Un accueil chaleureux, qui va à l'essentiel. Une maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût, où il est facile de se sentir chez soi. Idéal pour se reposer au vert en famille ! A quelques minutes de voiture de la belle plage de Saint-Germain-sur-Ay. Tout était impeccable, c'est une bonne adresse !

Très belle maison bien équipée avec des murs extérieurs très épais (frais à l'intérieur même en cas de forte chaleur à l'extérieur). Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire (toujours des réponses rapides). Nos enfants sont directement tombés amoureux de la maison.

Nous avions loué cette maison en famille pour 7 personnes pendant le week-end de l’ascension. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. La maison est propre et à gardé le charme de l’ancien malgré une complète remise à neuf. Nous étions les premiers locataires!! La maison est bien située à quelques km de la mer. La proximité du port de carteret permet la visite de Jersey ainsi que celle de nombreux attraits touristiques du département permettent de nombreuses visites. Séjour charmant!
