The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. "Property was quirky but was clean and had everything we needed. We booked at very short notice & We had a loft room which was huge with a double bed for our daughter as well as us. It was on the 3rd floor with no lift which was a bit of a challenge with our luggage. Breakfast was expensive for what was available but arriving late the night before it was easiest option. Overall a nice hotel which was good value in a good location in Le Mans. "

"The address on google maps put us way off. Took us an hour to find the hotel. One found, check in was easy. Romm was clean and quiet. We paid extra for parking, but car was secure underground and less distance to haul baggage! Many restaurants across the river in the old area, but some require reservations as they are busy! "

"Great for an overnight stop on a long road trip. Lots of food outlets nearby which was helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The en-suite bathroom was a bit like an airplane cabin which wasn't our favourite, but the shower was hot with good pressure so just a matter of preference. Amazing value. Our dog loved the grassy area to the rear of the property having been stuck in the car for 2 days of driving."

"Unfortunately the rooms were not clean, the mirrors were filthy. The floor was so grubby I had to keep my shoes on. The shower was filthy. There were a lot of big black bugs in the room. The owner said they were crickets and all part of the countryside.. that’s fine I just don’t want to have to spend all night removing them from the bedrooms. There were at least 6 in our room The smell in the room was like an old school library, dusty and horrible. The bedrooms had a “theme” and to be honest...
