IntĂ©rieurs en bon Ă©tat . Meubles et dĂ©corations intĂ©rieurs extrĂȘmes sales , dont le nettoyage n’est jamais fait. Les meubles et la maison regorgent d’accariens. En consĂ©quence SĂ©jour non terminĂ© et partis plus tĂŽt.

Super Lage,...aber

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse super und die Bade-, Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind toll. Aber: in den SchrĂ€nken roch es modrig, die WĂ€nde sind im EG durchgehend schmutzig (mehr als nur ein Grauschleier) und es hat an vielen Stellen (Decke, Bilder, Fenster-/TĂŒrrahmen,
) Stockflecken. Das Haus empfanden wir als ungepflegt.Eine Zusammenstellung an Infos zum Haus und zur Umgebung gab es nicht. Internet war mit einer DT SIM-Karte nicht praktikabel nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief im Vorfeld positiv proaktiv, vor Ort gut und schnell, einige reklamierte MĂ€ngel wurden zeitnah behoben.

Wir haben seit 1980(zuerst mit Kindern, spĂ€ter mit Enkeln) alle unsere Sommerferien in Kercambre zwei HĂ€user weiter verbracht bis 2021 der EigentĂŒmer starb und seine Tochter/Erbin nicht mehr vermieten wollte. Deshalb waren wir ĂŒberglĂŒcklich seit 2022 das noch viel grĂ¶ĂŸere und schönere Haus des M.Michel mieten zu können. Es gibt fĂŒr uns keine schönere Lage , insb. zum Schwimmen und Spazieren (der HĂ€user direkt ĂŒber dem Strand und des gesamten Orts St.Gildas-de-Rhuys) in der ganzen Bretagne, die wir natĂŒrlich in den vielen Jahren insgesamt erkundet haben.

Un site magnifique mais une maison qui mérite un gros entretien

Le site est magnifique, rien à re dire de ce cÎté là. Pour autant, cela ne peut suffire à justifier le pris de la location, certes il y a le cadre, mais à ce tarif là on attend un certain niveau de prestation qu'on ne trouve pas. Manque d'entretien flagrant, et ménage laissant vraiment à désirer, si vous faites tomber un objet au sol, ne regardez pas sous les meubles ! Tellement dommage....

bRETAGNE COMME IL FAUT

wir waren nicht nur von der Lage hingerissen (direkt am Meer nur ĂŒber den chemin cotier, 100 m zum zauberhaften kleinen plage, wo man bei Ebbe u n d Flut schwimmen kann und 240 Grad Panoramablick), weil wir die schon kannten von 30 vorangegangenen Sommern in einem Nachbarhaus, das wegen EigentĂŒmerwechsels leider nicht mehr vermietet wurde. Michels Haus ist aber noch grĂ¶ĂŸer und bestens ausgestattet, wohl damit auch fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien alles da ist (Geschirr, KĂŒchengerĂ€te etc.), fĂŒr die ja genĂŒgend Platz ist. Und uns hat natĂŒrlich auch die bretonische Möblierung und die Bilder an den WĂ€nden gut gefallen,, weil wir genau wegen dieses Bretagnefeelings (außen u n d innen) seit 40 Jahren hierherkommen und nicht wie die jungen Leute (die frĂŒher andere Bewertungen abgegeben haben!) in der ganzen Welt die gleiche weiß/graue Einförmigkeit vorfinden wollen, die seit einiger Zeit Mode ist. Wenn es unsere Gesundheit erlaubt (1400 km Fahrt mit dem Auto sind halt weit!), wĂŒrden wir das Haus gerne mehrmals im Jahr fĂŒr mehrere Wochen mieten. Elisabeth Fehlhammer

Un trÚs bon séjour.

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e par rapport aux plages et Ă  la cĂŽte. Au calme, avec un jardin clos. Ce sont ses atouts majeurs. L’équipement intĂ©rieur est nĂ©anmoins un peu vieillot et les parasols sur la terrasse Ă  changer.(l’un d’eux Ă©tait cassĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e) .

La belle Bretagne

Une belle grande maison bien équipée qui peut accueillir 8 personnes sans problÚme. Le gßte était dans un état de propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. La situation est conforme à la description sur le site, l'endroit est trÚs tranquille et la vue imprenable sur la mer, les ßles et la cÎte à 180°. Une belle adresse de vacances.

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour. TrĂšs jolie vue et emplacement de la maison. Toutefois la maison est sale. Les murs on besoin d’ĂȘtre repeint. Les salles de bain sont moisies. Il faudrait refaire les joints et repeindre le plafond. C’est un peu dommage.

Peux mieux faire

- mĂ©nage non effectuĂ© ou partiellement fait donc toujours dĂ©sagrĂ©able de faire le mĂ©nage dans une location Ă  l'arrivĂ©e - Pas d'eau chaude Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, faut attendre le lendemain pour prendre une douche, dĂ©sagrĂ©able surtout aprĂšs une journĂ©e de route - pas de verres Ă  biĂšre, pas de verre Ă  ricard, 1 flĂ»te Ă  champagne, que des verres duralex Ă  dispo........ - obligez d'acheter une rallonge et 1 multiprise pour Ă©viter de brancher la bouilloire dans la salle de bain en mĂȘme temps que le cafetiĂšre et le grille pain. - Odeur d'Ă©gout pendant 3 jours suite Ă  orages. Les Ă©gouts dĂ©bordent dans la mer Ă  50m de la location, trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able..... !!!!!!! - En synthĂšse, dommage pour ces remarques sur une location idĂ©alement situĂ©e, des dĂ©tails facilement surmontables, qui cumulĂ©s ,viennent ternir le bon dĂ©roulement du sĂ©jour.

Vue magnifique sur la mer, maison simple agréable à vivre

Séjour trÚs agréable, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et un accÚs direct au sentier cÎtier. Aménagement et déco simple, mais confortable. Maison trÚs exposée au vent, du coup impossible de profiter de la terrasse en mai. Arrivée facile et propriétaires disponibles par texto. TrÚs belle région pour de grandes randonnées et la voile.

Emplacement de rĂȘve

Emplacement de rĂȘve, premiĂšre ligne devant la mer, avec vue magnifique. Maison correcte, bien agencĂ©e, dĂ©co 'viellot' mais en bon Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©rale. Cuisine petite mais gĂ©nĂ©ralement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Literie bonne, faut amener linge de lit. Quelques petits soucis Ă  notre arrivĂ©, mais aprĂšs discussions, le proprietaire a rĂ©agit positivement, en trouvant des solutions parfaitement convenables. A noter, le mobilier de jardin est bien renouvelĂ© et de bon qualitĂ©.

Tolle Lage, super Blick - aber...

Das Haus hat tatsĂ€chlich eine wunderbare Lage und herrlichen Blick. Aber das Mobiliar ist sehr "Ă€ltlich" und vernachlĂ€ssigt (durchgesessene Sessel und Sofa), s. a. Fotos der SchlafrĂ€ume..., ebenso die Ausstattung der KĂŒche. Auch der tĂ€gliche muffige Geruch aus den Wasserrohren im Bad war sehr unangenehm - etwas mehr Pflege wĂŒrde auch hier helfen. Zudem war das Bidet nicht verwendbar und die Waschmaschine in unsĂ€glichem, dreckigen (lange Haare, etc.) Zustand. Insgesamt wirkt der Besitzer an allem sehr desinteressiert! Nicht zu vergessen dies nicht zu öffnende HaustĂŒr: dies war bereits VOR unserer Ankunft passiert, wir kamen also nicht ins Haus. Erst auf unsere telefonischeNachfrage gab es dann die Info, wir könnten ja durchs Fenster hineinsteigen...Die TĂŒr blieb die ganze Wo unpassierbar und wir mussten stĂ€ndig umstĂ€ndlich durch die Garage gehen (eine Zumutung!) Bei dem hier verlangten Preis kann man mehr erwarten!
