This cozy home has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The master bedroom with great views has a king bed and a private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with the second bath right outside the door. There is also a living room space that has a queen pull out sofa with a 3rd bath that accommodates that living space. This home is very roomy and has plenty of space for family gatherings along with enough space for quiet moments.
The sitting deck overlooks the marsh and there is a small sitting area that offers a retreat amongst the palms and overhanging trees that feels like an island getaway. Enjoy morning coffee, reading a book, afternoon tea or wine sunsets from either area. The gas grill is located on the bottom level near the garage. The garage has room to store any outdoor items you may want to bring so you don’t have to leave anything outside.
There is a 4 seat golf cart provided which is the best way to take in the island. You are just a few minutes' ride to the beach, Marina, Springtide market, kayak rental, pools, restaurants, tennis courts, golf courses and many other amenities.
