"The staff were very friendly. The room was so comfortable and incredibly quiet. We had messaged ahead and a parking space had been reserved for us. We had also mentioned we were bringing our dog and she was very welcome. Both of these reservations incurred a fee but that was expected. We paid for these when we arrived, together with the tax. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently.
