At 500m from a small village of 1200 inhabitants with Romanesque church of the fifteenth century. A 3 km the Adour river, ideal for walks and picnics. Perfect base for family holidays, close to the beaches of the Landes coast, Capbreton marina, but also for beautiful walks in the Basque country and Spain. Région que nous connaissons bien. Maison spacieuse au calme bien clôturée. Le plus la piscine bien agréable bien que non chauffée. Commerces à proximité. Leclerc à 6 kms environ. Propriétaires sympas.

Très jolie maison avec une décoration chaleureuse, bien agencée avec un bon terrain et belle piscine. Situé à 25 mn des plages, au calme. Il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. À garder dans son carnet d’adresse.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont accueillants et très réactifs suite à deux problèmes rencontrés (électricité et piscine). La maison est spacieuse et équipée correctement. Le jardin l'est tout autant et bien entrenu. Quelques bémols toutefois : - piscine : la photo ne permet pas de voir qu'il s'agit d'une piscine type intex avec une structure bois construite tout autour. - literie moyennement confortable, des oreillers ergonomiques auraient été les bienvenus - le niveau de finition général pas en ligne selon nous avec le prix demandé - le propriétaire devrait aussi mentionner que le nettoyage n'est pas inclus De manière générale, les prestations étaient satisfaisantes.

Comment dire… Nous étions 5 dans cette magnifique maison , il y a vraiment tout ce que l’on peux espérer d’une location de maison , les espaces sont juste impressionnant, les propretés était exemplaire, nous avons fait comme dans une émission de télé pour rigoler a savoir chercher la poussière, rien, même derrière les livres, ( beaucoup de livre d’ailleurs ) rien, pas de poussière. La maison était décorée comme on voudrait décorer la notre , il y a vraiment tout pour vivre dans cette maison, d’ailleurs la maison est habitée le reste du temps Il y a des jeux, ping-pong, raquette de badminton, les cartes à jouer etc… La piscine est parfaite, propre et à bonne profondeur Le terrain est parfaitement entretenu. Autour, il y a les magasins pour faire ses courses habituel et si on veut il y a un Leclerc à 15 minutes en voiture. A 30 minutes la mer a cap Breton avec un resto en bord de mer vraiment pas cher pour l’endroit. À côté de la maison des chemins pour se balader. Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire, très gentille et serviable qui nous a tout expliqué, y compris où était emplacement du compteur au cas où ( jamais fait auparavant ). Je voudrais tirer mon chapeau à ce couple pour le temps et l’énergie qu’ils ont dû mettre dans la rénovation de cette maison … J’y retournerais avec plaisir Encore bravo à vous tous

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très facile à vivre. Grand terrain, plusieurs terrasses, intérieur confortable. 25mn en voiture des plages, et une dizaine de minutes d’un hypermarché. Grands comme plus petits ses sont régalés .

Maison et jardin avec piscine très agréables Ns avons passé 2 semaines géniales a 7 + un bébé , chacun ayant sa chambre sa salle de bain et ses toilettes Un peu Isolée ms proche de grandes villes ns étions vraiment bien dans cette location Les propriétaires sont présents pour l’entretien de la piscine régulièrement sans déranger plus que nécessaire Non vraiment une bonne location à reprendre si l’envie de revenir ds cette région ns anime

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. La propriété est agréable et correspond bien au descriptif, la maison est ancienne et atypique mais confortable, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très appréciée avec le mobilier de jardin complet. En résumé nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

keine Empfehlung---Standard für den preis viel zu gering, bilder täuschen
Keine Empfehlung !!! Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der (geschickt) aufgenommenen Bilder haben wir dieses Haus gemietet. Der annoncierte Preis war hoch, doch die Bilder und Kommentare versprachen viel. Leider wurden wir vor Ort doch enttäuscht. Die Besitzer waren, wie beschrieben, sehr sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus allerdings war an vielen Ecke zusammengeschustert und doch insgesamt ein wenig schmuddelig. Die Straße die direkt am Haus vorbei führt ist speziell früh morgens ( LKWs) und gegen Abend doch stark befahren. Man hat den Eindruck die LKW / Autos fahren durch das Haus. Dies dazu noch mit sehr hoher Geschwindigkeit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ansonsten ok und der große Garten bietet Möglichkeiten für Kinder ungestört zu spielen. Das Hochbett in einem Zimmer war kaum nutzbar, da die Hitze im Zimmer stand und der Staub überall störte. Das "Kinderzimmer" mit den niedlichen Schulschreibtischen im UG hat eine nicht zu nutzende Matratze.( durchgelegen) Beim Pool setzte sich der ober genannte Eindruck des Hauses bestätigt. Alles war ein wenig primitiv im Selbstbau erstellt. Lose Bretter im Poolbereich bergen eine Unfallgefahr. Der Hinweis das man nicht in den Pool springen soll oder gar darin toben hat uns erstaunt. Angeblich könne die Folie reißen. Die zugehörige Bestuhlung entpuppte sich letztlich als primitive und unbequeme Billigstühle. Wir haben dann eigene Liegen gekauft….Bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt lohnte sich das Invest. Die gemütlich aussehende Terasse vom homepage Bild war mehr als dürfte ausgestattet. Das sofa und die Stühle durchgesessen und verschutzt. Überall spinnweben, die wir natürlich entfernt haben. Die angesprochenen 15 Minuten bis zum Strand von Hossegor sowie Restaurants sind auch eher sehr geschmeichelt. Man sollte von knapp 25-30 Minuten ausgehen. Wir haben es letztendlich so genommen wie es war, etwas gereinigt und Urlaub gemacht. Haben uns von den äußeren Einflüssen nicht weiter stören lassen.

Gemütlich, persönlich, ruhig, erholsam schöner großer Garten mit Pool
Wir haben ekne sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Alles so wie wir es erhofft haben,. Ruihges Hinterland, aber in 20 Min am Strand. In nettem Ort mit Bäckerei und Tante-Emma-Laden. Der Garten mit Pool und die Terrasse haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, großes Bad und 2 weitere kleine Büder mit Duschen und WC, nette Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und waren sehr viel draußen auf der Terrasse und am Pool. Es ist ein restauriertes Bauernhaus - also keine goldenen Wasserhähne erwarten.. Übrigens: sehr gutes schnelles WLAN. Die Vermieter, insbesondere Aleksandra waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Haus mit viel persönlichem Charme
Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Rande des kleinen Ortes Saint-Jean de Marsaqc in völliger Ruhe. Ein großes Grundstück, zwei Terrassen und der kleine Pool bieten viele Möglichkeiten zu spielen, zu toben oder einfach nur zu relaxen. Da die Besitzer das Haus in den kühleren Monaten selbst bewohnen, ist es sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder fanden es toll, im wirklichen Kinderzimmer zu übernachten. Wir waren insgesamt mit 7 Personen dort und hatten genügend Platz. Auch die etwas kleine Küche störte uns nicht. Von Saint-Jean des Marsaqc aus bieten sich viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge ins Umland bis zur spanischen Grenze an, wenn man einmal nicht an die herrlichen Strände von Hossgor und Umgebung fahren möchte, die man in ca 20 bis 30 min erreicht. Alexandra empfing uns ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Au cœur de la forêt landaise, Nous avons trouver un havre de paix, une superbe maison atypique et plein de charme . Nous avons passer un délicieux moment en famille, les propriétaires ressemble à leur demeure aussi charmant . à refaire !!!!
