"Welcoming and helpful staff. The location is perfect, close to tram, trains, shops and bar/restaurants . The room was also very spacious and clean. A small minus was the awkward bathroom design which caused the shower to flood the floor if not careful and the lack of space at hand to place cosmetics . Breakfast facilities were ok. Would definitely come back , though! "

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. "What a great holiday resort! The rooms bare clean, and the outdoor spaces also highly maintained. The resort has three separate pools which are all clean and comfortable. There are lots of activities to participate in, I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics! The food was delicious and reasonably priced, no need to search for a restaurant!
