"My husband, two young kids (5 & 3), and myself stayed here bc compared to the hotels we thought it was a good deal. However there are lots of extra costs that don’t make it so. Nor is it entirely convenient as you have to walk quite a bit with your skis to get to the slopes. Sheets/towels aren’t provided so that will run you about 120€ extra. "I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill. There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks.
