"Our group of 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids) made a last-minute booking at Hotel Portneuvois when it had the last 2 rooms available in the Quebec City region on a fall holiday weekend. We had no idea what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. Checkin was courteous and quick. Rooms were impeccably clean. Beds were warm and cozy. It is a 45-minute drive from old town Quebec, but much of the route is scenic and there are several pleasant and picturesque towns on the way for a meal etc. ...

The pull out sofa is not a queen. The two bedrooms are tight and don’t think they are queen beds. Felt like doubles. Oven was broken. Towels were not soft at allthey are wueen beds. Oven"
