J'ai apprecié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, a proximité des commerces et d'un marché de street food qui se deroule le dimanche soir. Le personnel de l'hotel est accueillant et disponible, la chambre etait spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'hotel est propre et beneficie d'une piscine bien agreable.

Deuxième séjour vraiment décevant
Nous avons passé un premier séjour parfait dans cet établissement, et cette fois-ci cela été la grosse déception. Pas de lumière dans la salle bain et surtout personne n’est venu faire le nécessaire malgré nos nombreuses demandes. Idem pour les serviettes et tapis de salle bain qui manquait. Une réceptionniste a de surcroît eu l’indécence de nous demander un supplément pour rester seulement une heure de plus , en prétextant que c était minimum 2 heures pour un départ tardif et au minimum 30 euros voir 50 euros. Compte tenue du déroulement de notre séjour, le minimum à faire commercialement était de nous l’offrir . La satisfaction des clients ( régulier de surcroît n’est malheureusement pas dans leur ADN ) De plus depuis sur notre premier séjour le café capsule a été remplacé par un café soluble infâme et les serviettes de la piscine sont à retirer à la reception en échange de votre pièce d identité et non plus à disposition dans la chambre, vous n’êtes donc plus considéré comme un client mais un potentiel voleur , situation très désagréable. Vraiment dommage nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour l établissement mais cette fois ci pas du tout au niveau de ce qu on peut attendre d’une tel adresse et en adéquation avec les tarifs.

Résidence très bien placée et confortable
Studio 2 personnes confortable mais pas très grand : ok pour un séjour de 2 semaines. Le 126 dispose d'une belle vue et se trouve tout près de la plage du centre (juste la rue à traverser). La piscine est très agréable (carrelage magnifique), quelques transats et des chaises longues. Beaucoup de places du parking sont ombragées.

La résidence est bien cependant horaires d’entrée et horaires de sortie trop juste. La piscine est bien dommage que prix du parking ne soit pas compris dans la prestation. Attention quand même aux alarmes déclenchée par matériel jugé état moyen «.

De passage sur St leu, j’ai loué 1 appartement sympa et agréable pour une nuit. Lors du Check out, on a oublié de me dire de jeter la poubelle pour récupérer la caution. Il a fallu retourner dans l’appart alors que j’avais un vol à prendre ou mon temps était compté. Au petit matin, je n’ai pas pu utiliser la machine à café qui ne fonctionnait pas. Surtout que j’avais bien précisé s’il y avait ce qu’il fallait pour un café a 5h00 du matin. Juste que cet appareil était bien joli en deco. Je trouve que c’est trop procédurier, il n’il y a pas de place à un bon accueil.

Le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu exagéré. Il servi en chambre et contient peu de chose. A notre arrivée, on a du faire un etat des lieux. On doit sortir nous même les poubelles de notre chambre. Le nettoyage des chambres est payant... 1ère et derniere fois pour cet établissement..
