On the ground floor, this magnificent duplex comprises a vast living room with a real kitchen and a sitting area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. Upstairs you'll find a spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom and bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large, unoverlooked garden in the peace and quiet of the Saint Lunaire countryside. Just a few kilometres from Dinard and Saint Malo, you can take advantage of the shops and tourist activities on the Emerald Coast.
