We offer this charming 30 m² apartment in Saint-Malo, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 40 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, parking is free on the street, and there's also a free public parking lot 50 meters away.
Intra-Muros, the historic center, is a 20-minute walk down the St Servan shopping street.
There's a market on Place Bouvet, 300 m away, on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you can buy fresh fish. A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (place du théâtre). 1 mini-market open 7 days a week, 900 m away on foot at Les Bas Sablons, and a Carrefour Market 100 m away on Rue Ville Pepin.
St Servan is famous for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower and the Cité d'Aleth, the cradle of Saint-Malo.

Beaches and walks :
Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the Bas-Sablons beach, just below the Place du Théâtre, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the Bac'O Sablons while your children play on the sand below.
Just a stone's throw from the house, you'll find the Bel Air park and its children's playgrounds. We also recommend a stroll along the corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield.

Transportation:
The Intra-Muros is a 15-minute walk away.

Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (Intra-Muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 6 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer and its walks along the banks of the Rance), and line 4 (Rothéneuf/Château-Malo) take you to the other seaside districts of Plage du Sillon, Paramé and Courtoisville, etc.
You can choose to cycle or drive.
