The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. Don't use the washing machine here, it can only handle a few small pieces of clothes, anything more than that can turn into a disaster. "

"The hotel was easy to check in with the app.. Didn't need any interaction with the front desk. It's located close to the action but not right in it and right by a subway stop. The wifi was amazing and was a relief as I needed to remote work. Bathroom was a bit tighter than I would have liked but did the job. Would definitely stay here given the price to value ratio. "
