Renovated Cottage with two bedrooms and shared swimming pool

"La Petite Valade" is a renovated cottage with two bedrooms and a private terrasse with its BBQ. Located in Dordogne, in Perigord Vert, 5 min from Verteillac, 20 min from Riberac, 30 min from Brantome and Bourdeilles, 50 min from Périgueux and Angoulême and 1h15 from Bergerac. The cottage is in a quiet environement with view on the countryside and is part of the main property "La Valade".
Access to a large private swimming pool of 15x6m with a nice view on the valley and the fields. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners of the main property when they are here.
Two bedrooms with beams and stones, with a balcony overlooking the garden and the swimming pool. One bedroom with a king size bed that can be converted into a twin room. Another room with a queen size bed. Bathroom with italian shower and washing machine. Kitchen equiped with oven and fridge.
