"It was great. No issues at all. It was definitely slow season so not a lot going on in the area."

"Generally the hotel was spotless, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast excellent. Only 3 downsides. Firstly, the room was very small and the shower room so tiny you could scarcely turn round. Secondly, the hotel is a fair hike from Villers centre. Buses are few and far between and taxis don't exist in Villers and there isn't much around the hotel. Thirdly, the stairs from the underground car park come up outside the hotel. Got soaked. "We had to make the beds and clean , take off bed sheets when leaving. For the high cost you would think its included. We had to mKe sure place was spotless. Pool was not operating even . "

However no information pack that explained how things worked and information on the local area eg markets and nearest Boulanger…..you cannot expect the host to go through everything…..he would have to be there full time! There was only one medium towel per person and one tea towel. The family of nine from 6 years old to 75 really enjoyed the week and would return. Antoine the host was always on call and very friendly and helpful."
