"Antes del viaje Leí detenidamente la información que ustedes me proporcionaron y en ninguna parte se me informó que para que se realizara el aseo de la habitación tenia yo que solicitarlo y estuvo la basura, toallas sucias... tuve que solicitar toallas limpias y hasta me las querían cobrar cuando en ningún momento me las cambiaron. Hasta el 2do. día se solucionó este problema... Otra cosa en la habitación había un letrero de prohibido fumar, más sin embargo el día que ingresé el cuarto estaba...
"The room looks old, but that was not a problem. It was dirty and a lot of small insects, small cockroaches, walking on the floors, small fleas on the bed and the carpet. I think my biggest concern were the small insects, the room maybe the hotels needs a fumigation ASAP !"

"Fantastic Hotel. The staff was very Friendly & Accommodating. I only ate at the Plaza, but the Food was Amazing. The Morning Buffet has Hand Crafted Mexican Dishes that changed a little each day. I was able to try a wide range of Delicacies that I never would have a chance to try. Dinners here was also Amazing & Affordable. I went for Morning Walks around the surrounding Neighborhood, always felt safe. The Pool was wonderful. Did IK at the Casino that is on the Property. I will return.
