AgrĆ©able sĆ©jour mais ne pas confondre "mer Ć  100 m" et "plage" car la premiĆØre plage se trouve Ć  700 - 800 m. .Au plus prĆØs de la location ce ne sont que des rochers ! TrĆØs bon accueil, le propriĆ©taire (ou gĆ©rant) est Ć  l'Ć©coute, trĆØs disponible et efficace dans ses interventions. Le lavabo, dans la salle de bain, est idĆ©al pour un enfant de 5 ans mais vraiment trop bas pour un adulte. L'espace rĆ©servĆ©, Ć  l'extĆ©rieur, est agrĆ©able Ć  condition de n'avoir aucun problĆØme de dĆ©placement car 17 marches le sĆ©pare de l'appartement. Chaque appartement possĆØde un emplacement de parking (Ć  condition que personne de l'extĆ©rieur ne l'utilise...) mais il est inutile de venir avec un vĆ©hicule propre car il se trouve sous des mĆ»rier-platanes et la carrosserie est criblĆ©e de taches rouges et de fientes d'oiseaux. Je recommande cette location vraiment calme et spacieuse (nous Ć©tions 3).

Excellent rapport qualitƩ / prix - Logement confortable
Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs bien accuillis par notre hĆ“te, Nicolas, trĆØs disponible, qui a pris le temps de nous donner toutes les infos pratiques d'usage. Ne pas se fier aux photos qui ne mettent pas en valeur l'espace d'habitation tout Ć  fait convenable pour 4 personnes (mĆŖme si nous n'Ć©tions que 3). L'appartement est propre, la literie parfaite (c'est important de bien dormir !). La maison est au calme et il n'y a aucun problĆØme de cohabitation avec les autres vacanciers par ailleurs trĆØs discrets. CotĆ© Ć©quipement il y a ce qu'il faut, ni plus ni moins et nous n'avons manquĆ© de rien. Les plages ne sont pas loin Ć  pied. Et on trouve Ć  proximitĆ© de quoi se restaurer sur le pouce (plats Ć  emporter, sandwichs,... ) et de vrais restaurants prĆØs de la plage mais que nous n'avons pas essayĆ©, hormis "Chez Bob" dans le centre ville et que nous recommandons Ć©galement pour le rapport qualitĆ©-prix (il est plus que prĆ©fĆ©rable de rĆ©server 3 ou 4 jours Ć  l'avance). Bref, de supers vacances garanties pour un prix tout Ć  fait convenable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !! Merci Nicolas !! (que nous ne connaissions pas s'il y a lieu de prĆ©ciser)

Sehr schƶnes und zweckmƤƟiges Appartement
Das Appartement liegt ca. 100m von der FelsenkĆ¼ste und 2km vom Sandstrand entfernt. Es ist zweckmƤƟig ausgestattet. Nicolas ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der bei Problemem stets erreichbar ist. Das einzige kleine Manko waren die beiden quietschenden Betten im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten war alles tiptop...empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

En endroit calme dans un site touristique
Le logement est spacieux et bien ƩquipƩ. SituƩ Ơ proximitƩ de nombreux commerces et des plages, il permet de passer d'agrƩables vacances en famille au calme. Les dƩplacements peuvent se faire Ơ pied ou en vƩlo. Bon accueil de la part du propriƩtaire et disponible si nƩcessaire.
