The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. "If you are looking for a get-away from it all, Meir’s beautiful home on Montjustin is your place! The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot. We loved making it our home for a week and hope to come again. One word of caution: lots of steps and hard surfaces - fine for us but wondered...

"It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"My partner and I enjoyed our stay in Pontevès. The village is very small but provided you have a car (which is a must!), you can get to everything very quickly. The area has many activities to offer and even +7 days was not enough time for us! Josette and Patrick were lovely. We had an issue with our car and they were very quick to help us out - thank you so much again! Their property is lovely and peaceful. "The property has everything you will need. For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. The family are very welcoming and the father spoke very good English."

"We stayed with our children. Mme Mangeot was very Kind and helpful. She made a lot of suggestions as to where to visit after we told us what our interests were. It feels very much in the country (birds singing, quiet) although it was about .5-1 hour from most of the places we wanted to visit. The drives to those places were also interesting and full of stops at local places (Saigon Village nearby is beautiful) so it didn’t feel too out of the way. We would definitely come again!"

"Magnifique! Pourquoi? Parce que par pure chance, tenant compte qu’il s’agit d’un choix du dernier moment, on s’est trouvé dans un endroit idéal pour nous. C’est vrai, on aime bien la nature, le calme et on ne cherche pas le luxe d’un hôtel 5*. On a trouvé tout ce qu’il fallait pour préparer nos repas. Un petit bémol pour le frigo, trop petit. "We spent a lovely three-week holiday at this villa. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The pool was wonderful. The garden is very large, and is in keeping with the surrounding landscape. There were lovely shaded areas too. The very large television was ideal for watching the Euro football. The hostess is very friendly. She lives in an adjoining property but is very discreet. The nearby town St. Maximin is about a 10 minute drive away, and lovely for morning...
