Very friendly staff, we stayed here because they have EV chargers. Good: They worked, bad: didn't work that well but at least they worked. The hotel was conveniently located for our roadtrip. And the main town was only a few mins away to get some food. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs

The room at this hotel was great and the restaurant had great food and nice staff. The hallway lights did not come on at night so we had to walk down a long hallway with cell-phone lights. Reception could have been more pleasant but overall a nice place for one night driving through.

A very good hotel for a one-night transit stop
We had a very pleasant stay at Mont-Blanc Hotel. We will certainly use this hotel again as a transit stop between UK and Italy. The room was a good size with plenty of storage and was definitely a step up from some one-night stop hotels we have used in the past! I cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not use it. The only slight annoyances was that the heated towel rail did not work and the nearest supermarket for provisions and petrol was not that close, but was easy to get to.

It was okay, but nothing special. We arrived at after 8pm so I messaged in advance to ask if we could book a table for dinner. I was told that it stated on the booking confirmation that the restaurant was closed. I didn’t see this anywhere. Luckily there was a restaurant quite nearby but we had to book it ourselves. I was hoping that reception staff at Mont-Blanc would have done it for us. WiFi was also difficult to manage. And hotel was more expensive than I expected. Including breakfast it came to €122,00. But I suppose all prices have gone up this year because of pandemic.

Chose this hotel for the night as it wasn’t too far from Geneva Airport. Was almost empty ( apparently a lot of business users during the week.) found it was very comfortable and clean and staff were very friendly. Only down sides were the restaurant was not open ( but was an ok one about 200m away) and would have liked a kettle in the room- was coffee machine at the end of the corridor but not the same.

Really super experience as we had been travelling for 8 hours so needed a much needed rest. The room was great with the most comfortable bed and the breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended :-)

We were travelling from Italy back to the UK and used this hotel as a stopover as it was close to the road we were on. We arrived around 8pm and they wouldn't do any food so we had to drive another 15 minutes to find some.

Top notch comfort!
staff was friendly and accommodating. I arrived late. Despite the kitchen being closed , they found me fresh basket f bread at no charge, to eat with a bottle of wine I purchased. The bed was the most comfortable I had slept in during my 15 days in France, Italy an Switzerland. Shower and towels were also wonderful and the window opened to let in lots of cool fares mountain air. Hotel is not in a scenic location but it was conveniently located close to Geneva airport by car.

Nuit plus que difficile suite à un problème de ventilation, dormi que 3h01 journée professionnellement difficile le lendemain pour mes rendez-vous, suite à ma réclamation, le lendemain matin, la directrice devait me tenir au courant mais voilà 10 jours et toujours rien… J’ai contacté l’établissement hier par téléphone il devait me recontacter par mail ou sur mon portable, mais j’attends encore désespérément . Suivi Clients, une existant et très déçu de cette enseigne. Toujours dans l’attente d’avoir un retour de leur part pour un remboursement ou avoir sur cette nuitée .
