Magnificent villa *****, close to the beaches, a swimming pool just for you at 29°, enclosed garden, sleeps 10.
Villa Lisa: Design and elegance, located in a quiet residential area above Sainte Anne beach and close to the heart of the town centre and its amenities, for a great holiday.
This beautiful 214 m2 house with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two separate toilets offers excellent living comfort. The children's bedroom has two bunk beds, so they're sure to have fun.
For babies we can provide a cot, high chair and baby bath.
Villa Lisa has been designed, built and furnished by its owners to offer you a warm and friendly space in which to spend quality time with family and friends.
The large 60 m2 kitchen/lounge/living room faces south and west, and has a large terrace and patio, an open-air space at the heart of the villa.
The covered swimming pool, heated to 29°C and totally secure, is particularly pleasant and popular with young and old alike!
You can sunbathe on the large south-facing wooden terrace and enjoy a glass of cider while the children play in the pool. There's also a barbecue, garden furniture for 10 people and a large 3 x 3 metre parasol.

Sun and sandy beaches, country walks or the GR34 hiking trail, relaxation or plenty of exercise.
Saint Pol de Léon is certainly one of Brittany's most attractive and picturesque towns, with a pretty cathedral and historic circular chapel, whose tower (accessed by 162 steps) gives you a magnificent panoramic view of the whole region.
Other beautiful walks to discover include the island of Batz and its exotic garden, and Roscoff, a "little city of character" that has preserved its architectural heritage from the 16th and 17th centuries. The Château du Taureau in the Bay of Morlaix, etc.
The large family beach at Sainte-Anne (blue flag label) near the rental property is supervised (by the fire brigade lifeguards) in summer. It has 2 seawater pools and a diving board.
The Super U supermarket, ten minutes from the villa, is open every day of the year and on Sunday mornings.

Séjour très très agréable.
Accueillies par les propriétaires très gentils. La maison est magnifique et reçues par un panier garni des plus appréciés. Propreté impeccable. Maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Très bien située pour effectuer des visites et ensuite piscine chauffée.... Détente assurée. Et la Bretagne par un temps ensoleillé toute la semaine... trop magique. Séjour vraiment génial. A Great relexing time in the wonderful Villa Lisa.
My wife, my sons and I had a very nice time in Saint Pol de Leon and at Villa Lisa. Villa Lisa leaves nothing to be desired with its beautiful location, loving furnishings and great swimming pool. The city and the surrounding area are very beautiful. And the hosts Xavier and Valerie are super nice and helpful. At this point, I would like to say thank you again and best wishes.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de cette belle villa. La location est parfaitement conforme à la description (même mieux d’ailleurs :-)) La piscine est top et a fait la joie des enfants mais aussi des parents. Very nice hosts and a great house
We stayed with a group of 9 people (2 families with children) for a week. We have been very kindly welcomed by our hosts - very nice and accommodating people. The house is very modern and new. The equipment especially in the kitchen is really great. There is a watch machine and a dryer. All bedrooms are well equipped and the bathrooms are very modern. Not to forget the great indoor heated pool. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a lot of fun with the family in the pool which is otherwise equipped with a counter-current system. All in all a great vacation and we will be happy to come back!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, höchster Komfort und absolut sauber. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön für Ausflüge und zum Spazieren vom Haus aus. Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Markt sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und, da die gegenüber wohnen, direkt erreichbar.

Perfektion in jedem Aspekt, besser geht‘s nicht
Zum Anfang: was hat uns bewegt, dieses Haus zu mieten? Schlussendlich war es (neben der Erfüllung unserer Auswahl-Kriterien) der Kommentar des Vermieters Xavier auf eine negative Bewertung. Diese hat uns überzeugt, dass er absolut in unserer Denkweise unterwegs ist und wir haben uns auf den Urlaub gefreut. Und NEIN, diese Bewertung ist nicht gekauft (es sei denn durch exzellente Leistung). Als wir ankamen, war die Überraschung nach dem superfreundlichen Empfang durch die ganze Familie (inkl. Namensgeberin der Villa Lisa) groß, da der Pool VIEL größer ist, als er auf den Bildern erschien. Abgesehen davon hatte man das Gefühl, dass es die erste Vermietung überhaupt ist (und das Haus nicht bereits mehrere Jahre in der Vermietung ist). Es gibt NICHTS, absolut NICHTS, was eine Macke hatte, keine Stoßkante an einer Zimmerecke, keine nicht intakte Fuge. Die gesamte Hausausstattung ist so, wie man es sich für sein zuhause wünscht. Nicht zuletzt war sogar das Besteck in der Schublade liebevoll angeordnet (Danke, Lisa!!!) Wir waren als Familie mit einer 13-jährigen und einem 10-jährigen unterwegs und jeder hatte sein eigenes „Reich“ in der Villa. Die Bäder sind ein Traum und ich glaube, dass es nach der bisherigen Beschreibung schon fast selbstverständlich wirkt, dass die Sauberkeit exzellent war. Der Poolbereich ist eine Klasse für sich. Wir hatten schon einige Ferienhäuser dieser Klasse genießen dürfen, aber solch eine Perfektion in Planung, Ausführung und Betrieb hatten wir noch nicht. Wassertemperatur top, Luftfeuchtigkeit top, Lüftung top. Da macht es auch richtig Spaß, sich außerhalb des Pools im Poolbereich aufzuhalten und die gemütlichen Liegen zu genießen. Es ist sehr viel Platz (was in den Bildern nicht in diesem Maße rüberkommt). Wenn man im Finistere super super schön, ruhig und entspannt Urlaub machen will, ist man hier bei Xavier und Valerie in den besten Händen. Danke für 14 wunderbare Tage. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl, umsorgt zu sein, ohne dass man sich wegen der Nähe zum Vermieter (wohnt gegenüber) in irgendeiner Weise beobachtet fühlt. Sollten wir wieder in die Richtung kommen, werden wir uns mit Sicherheit wieder sehen. Silke und Martin mit den Kindern

Vacances idylliques, dans cette magnifique villa au calme, dans une région magnifique
Nous avons passé 1 semaine parfaite, tout était réunis pour que notre séjour soit réussi. La maison est magnifique, super fonctionnelle, nous avons bien profité de la piscine, le petit patios à l’abris du vent pour boire l’apéro. Il y fait bon vivre au calme. La région est magnifique.
