Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. Lovely area for cycling"

"Lovely clean property in good location. Our teenagers however were forced to share a room as the owner had blocked off the upper floor. Prior to staying I declined the cleaning package in writing, however the owner tried to add it to the bill when we were leaving."

"Despite it being very low season and most of St Valery sur Somme being shut for annual holidays, we had a lovely time. We were aware beforehand that this was the case. We have stayed at this lovey Gite before and it was fabulous then. Situated in the heart of the town it has beautiful views over the bay and is a lovely cosy fisherman’s cottage. Great facilities and beautifully clean. The check in was as easy as always and we hope to stay again. Thank you."

There are lots of great walks and a trip on the railway is a must! The owners have prepared a very detailed and comprehensive set of guides, so everyone will find something they like. "The property was perfect for us on our way back from a fortnight in France. The location was fantastic and we loved exploring the area for a few days on the bikes."
