"Our cottage was located about 30 minutes north of Bordeaux in a very quiet community. The owners lived right on the property and if we needed anything we’re just a knock on the door away. The unit itself reminded us of our lake cottage with cozy but somewhat outdated furniture. But that suited us just fine. Our main purpose was to have a home base to visit wine chateaus and it was perfect for that. "

"7 friends stayed at the chateau for the marathon du medoc. The property is very large and beautiful. Quiet and tranquil. The main house is very well appointed and recently renovated with a huge TV, pool table, lovely cooker and the bedrooms were very large and beautifully appointed. The pool was awesome, and not too cold in September. We were able to cook comfortably for 7 people with good cooking equipment. Highly recommend"

"Nous avons passé 1 seule nuit sur 3 dans notre location car le logemebt etait a la limite de l'insalubrité et très sale. Une mauvaise odeur dans la location. Nous avons du partir plus tôt car malsain pour des enfants en bas age dont une petite de 2 ans avec asthme...... e lasthme"

"The gite was lovely and a lot bigger than we expected, but there were only 4 of us who visited. The gite had everything we needed, and the view was lovely - across the road was a vineyard, but the gite is on a road where, although cars are few and far between, they do drive far too fast. We had a lovely few days at the beginning of our holiday but on the fourth day a taxi drove into us at speed (not near the gite, on the way to Jonzac) and the hire car we were in was flipped over and ended up...
