"We had an amazing 2 nights stay in this property. Sebastien was such a great and accommodating host. He greeted us on arrival to give us a tour the home and met us at the house during our check out. We even got to meet his adorable dog during our check out. He was also very easy to contact if we had any questions. The house is gorgeous inside and outside. The dining and living rooms were very large and accommodated 10 people easily. The garden area is huge with lots of outdoor seating and dining...

Negatives: The house was very dirty. If we could upload our photos, you would see: -Mouldy shower which flooded as not properly fitted (not other guests putting soap down it as the owner stated) -Mouldy and stained outdoor cushions for outdoor -Dirty kitchen items with food crusted on them and a filthy coffee maker....

"Très beau gite spacieux et confortable, dans un environnement calme et particulièrement agréable :) nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Au niveau de l'équipement, il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre et des moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre (certaines sont compliquées à faire tenir, mais on y arrive). Le frigo est un peu petit, un congélateur aurait été bien pratique... et ça aurait été sympa d'avoir des chaises longues pour mieux profiter du jardin. Mais on reviendra c'est certain!...

"The unit was all we expected. It was quiet and away from the big city. The town of Crimeau is a medieval town with lots of history and great places to see in the area. The unit itself is a rustic but modern unit and met all our needs. We did encounter that the owners do not supply towels which was a first for us but after we took a closer look at the listing they were not included. No big deal because we had backup plans. Demers was a good host and kept us up to date on goings on in the area....

Basic room for a good price.

"This place is very basic but cheap but is close to Lyon Airport, a petrol station is about 1km away. But the room, shower, toilet and bed linen was spotlessly clean. I had the choice of 5 beds in my room and the one I used was comfortable. My room had a TV with some premium channels, a microwave, fridge and air conditioning that worked. I could keep the window/door closed and it was a pleasant temperature. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. The Wifi didn't reach here but was usable near the restaurant. The staff didn't speak much English but were so very helpful and tried hard to make our stay good. With my basic French we got by. We had a typical breakfast (ham, cheeses, baguettes, coffee, croissants). The place doesn't look much at first but it's cheap, clean with friendly and helpful staff. If you just need a room and shower for one night before catching a flight, it's perfect. I'll stay again if I need somewhere by the airport"

Nice hotel, awful staff

"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again. "
