"We were looking for a villa that would accommodate us all, had a heated pool and was within walkable distance of the town. We know Sainte Maxime well so knew this would suit us perfectly. Villa Plein Sud did not disappoint. It is well appointed and comfortable. For us, the addition of a proper shower over the bath upstairs would be beneficial for easier use. We had a lovely holiday and would book again. "

"Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you ! "Found the “Luxury Contemporary Villa” on VBRO and confirmed its availability with the owner. She was extremely helpful and made the process easy and enjoyable. She recommended, Michela, a professional concierge who helped make the most of our trip! The villa was perfectly located walking distance to town and the famous “market” so no parking required, and we enjoyed the short drive to the beaches. The 4 bedroom on suite villa was comfortable and we enjoyed lounging and swimming in the pool...

"We were 8 adults on holiday from Australia, we drew straws for the rooms, unfortunately, we got the downstairs room...no air-conditioning, it was hot and there were some fans but only one worked! Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time here! The villa needs a little bit of updating, decor, TV's and the oven was hard going at times! These are small things and when updated, the Villa would be superb. We had an issue with a door not locking and after contact with the owner, a carpenter came to fix in good...

"The house feels like a proper home, has good quality interior and the kitchen is well equipped (and there is a Weber electric decent size BBQ in the garden). We were 6 adults with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and it didn't feel overcrowded. While in December our aim was sightseeing and culinary tourism (a lot of options within 15min to ca. 1h drive to keep you entertained for more than a week), there is a decent beach just across the road, 2-3min walk door-to-sea. "We had a lovely weeklong stay at this home in Gassin, which was even more charming in person. We spent much of our time outdoors, enjoying the pool and surrounding areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, the A/C was great for some pretty steamy days, and the kitchen was very well stocked for the large dinners we cooked there and on the outdoor grill. Vincent was quick to respond to any questions we had. We'd love to come back another time!"
