In the description of the property it says ( only at the end the last sentence) : 4 km away from the beach. The adress ( a street 4 kilometers long) is misleading."

Je vous recommande le lieu : au calme, proche de Fécamp, avec un grand et beau jardin. 2 précisions : il n'y a plus de piscine, et toutes les pièces sont au 1er étage avec un escalier un peu raide."

"My family spent a thoroughly enjoyable two nights in this lovely property. The views over Rouen are stunning, though anyone with mobility issues would struggle in this house due to the stairs. We managed to park outside easily and the city centre is just a short drive away. We will be back :)"

Great BBQ area. Peaceful, unless you want to be loud, as there is nobody to disturb. Both hosts were lovely and answered any concerns or questions immediately."
