Little country house close to the beach
Clean small country house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full very small bathrooms . Close to the small country side beach ( 5min waliking distance). Country side beach , because no much sandy spots , mostly grass, very dirty , piles of garbage everywhere, goats and chickens are running around. Be aware that owner provide only one towel per person for the whole stay period. Bring your Own beach towels and beach chairs if you need. Air conditionning only for the bedrooms and only when you are in the house, if you cool of your diningroom you will be charged extra. Also there is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom , so if you stay more than 1-2 nights you will need to buy more toilet paper. No soaps or shampoo is provided. no hair dryer. No garbage bags, No coffee, no cooking oil , no black pepper ... nothing is available in the kitchen , you should buy everything. Put a towel under backyard door in the kitchen, little frogs are coming in at night.

Beautiful house
We had a wonderful stay in this location, which is close to a beautiful beach. The location is modern, quiet and private. There are lots of places to visit in Sainte-Anne and surrounding areas. There are stores nearby in walking distance. We would definitely go back!

Magnifique séjour
Nous remercions toute la famille pour l'accueil et la communication fluide, rapide et efficace. La maison est conforme à l'annonce. Idéalement située, proche du bourg, des plages. Il y a la place pour garer la voiture sans problème. Les plages, juste à côté sont parfaites (pas trop de monde, un choix dans les restaurants, des cocotiers pour s'abriter du soleil). Idéal pour les enfants de bas ages. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de voir le frigo rempli pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain (très apprécié pour une arrivée le soir) avec un peu rhum dégusté le premier soir :). L'espace extérieur est parfait. Nous en avons profité tous les jours. Les chambres sont climatisées, ce qui permet d'avoir un peu de fraîcheur. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé. La literie, les matelas sont très biens et du linge supplémentaire a été mis à disposition au cas où. On n'a rien à redire. Quant aux hôtes, la famille est disponible et répond très vite. On s'excuse encore une nouvelle fois pour avoir bousculé à la dernière minute l'emploi du temps de l'hôte le jour de notre départ. On le remercie pour avoir fait tout le nécessaire pour nous permettre de partir à l'heure. Merci encore à Mme Roch et sa famille pour nous avoir permis d'avoir passé un très bon séjour.

Maison agréable, bien équipée et ultra-bien située
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même une radio. On a bien aimé vivre sur la véranda visible sur la photo principale. Autour, il y a d'autres maisons avec jardins et des arbres, c'est très paisible. On a adoré pouvoir aller à pied au village et aux très belles plages des alentours. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, nous aurions pu attendre le lendemain pour faire les courses d'alimentation. On les remercie pour ce bon séjour

Heureusement bien situé
L'annonce date un peu. Positif, la cuisine a été refaite mais vaisselle insuffisante. Wifi et télé parfaites. Négatifs, chambres exigues et peu de rangements. Une seule vraie salle de bains. La deuxième couloir WC, petite douche et lave-mains comme lavabo (pas de place pour les accessoires de toilette). Heureusement proche du bourg et des plages, et calme. Pour une semaine ça été acceptable.

La villa est bien située, proche du bourg de Sainte Anne et des anses.. Il Manque un peu d'équipements, absence d'aspirateur, vaisselle et linge de maison en quantité réduite. Accueil chaleureux. A notre arrivée à disposition le nécessaire pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

Logement idéalement situé à saint Anne
Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce. Idéal pour 6 personnes. Le logement est situé à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et à 10/15 minutes en voiture des salines. L’accueil, la disponibilité et l’hospitalité des hôtes valent le déplacement. Ils ont tous les deux été extrêmement bienveillants à notre départ qui s’est avéré périlleux en raison de soucis d’avion.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlub in diesem Haus verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und persönlich - Max Roch war sehr hilfsbereit. Eine besonders angenehme Überraschung bei unserer Ankunft war der für den Anfang mit allem Notwendigen gefüllte Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die überdachte Terrasse haben wir ausführlich genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter. Monika, Marita und Jochen

Very nice
We spent 8 days in the house. Everything was has descripted. The house was clean and well refurbished (also food for the breakfast was provided) We only miss the hairdryer, because of the humidity, for women it would be very usefull to have it. There were also a car seat (booster) for children and toys for the beach. Saint-Anne is 2 minutes on foot. We recommend this propriety

Nous avons passé 9 nuits en famille dans la maison (5 adultes et notre petite fille de 3 ans). La maison est suffisamment grande et confortable pour tous : 3 vrais chambres, une grande cuisine...Elle se situe bien en retrait de la route pour ne pas en avoir les nuisances sonores et les 2 maisons voisines (très proches) sont également et heureusement très calmes. Le logement et son terrain sont enclavés entre ces 2 maisons.Il n'y a pas de vue sur mer, mais nous le savions avant d'y arriver. Parmi les points méritant une attention particulière : le sol carrelé de la terrasse extrêmement glissant lorsqu'il pleut et une des chambres située à quelques mètres d'un lampadaire public qui reste allumé toute la nuit (les chambres n'ayant pas de volets). La proximité du petit bourg de Sainte Anne est un vrai atout !

Excellentes vacances dans cette maison très bien située et agréable à vivre. Nous y étions au calme et en même temps tout près du centre et de la plage,il ne manque rien si ce n'est de la vaisselle en faible quantité (couverts,poêles ...)mais ce n'est rien par rapport aux bons moments passés dans cette location très propre.

Maison confortable très bien placée à proximité de la mer et du village
Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis à 2h du matin avec gentillesse. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner et pour le ti punch😉😉 La maison est tres agréable à vivre et bien située seul bémol les moustiques mais la rien à faire pas la faute du propriétaire.
