Enjoyable stay
We stayed in this new, single story house for a week and had a lovely time. Everything we needed was there. Although the house is modern it has traditional features like proper shutters and a covered eating area. The owner Claire was very helpful throughout the process. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Alles aanwezig voor een heerlijke vakantie
Het vakantiehuis is heel rustig gelegen, heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben enorm veel plezier beleefd aan het goed verwarmde zwembad en de jacuzzi. In de buurt kan je mooi wandelen en in Mimizan Plage zijn er leuke strandbars en een grote markt op donderdagochtend in de zomer.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa en bordure de pré et sans vis à vis. Au calme et tranquille ! Que demander de mieux ? Idéale pour une semaine entres amies ! La maison est même mieux en vrai que sur les photos ! Agréable surprise ! Compter 45 minutes de route pour rejoindre le Lac de Bisca où de superbe journée bateau vous sont proposés. Merci à David ! Petit soucie avec le jacuzzi très vite réglé avec des propriétaires très réactifs ! Je recommande cette maison . Merci pour ses vacances .

Séjour dans les Landes
Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette belle région. La maison est située au bout d’une impasse avec vu sur les champs et la forêt, très calme, à 20 min de Mimizan. Pour les enfants, c’est idéale, après l’océan où les vagues peuvent être fortes, il y a la piscine chauffée . Et nous avons été accueillis par une dame d’une très grande gentillesse . Si nous retournons un jour dans les Landes, sans hésitation je loue à nouveau cette maison !!!

Great house in a great location
We have been renting this house with two families, one kid each. It has three seperate bedroom, two sized for two people, one with a bunk bead and slpees easily two more (kids) on a sofa. The kitchen is modern and functional and spacey, all you need is available (silver, chinese, glasses). There is a sofa in the kitchen that sleeps 2. A BBQ was available, we decided to by a new one and left it in the garage. There is one bath with a seperate room for the WC. It was just enough for 6 persons. An outside shower would have been ideal. The pool is perfectly sized, the hot tub is ideal for colder nights. The outside area features a vcovered terasse with a large table and faces an open space with a nice view. Bakery, shops and supermarket are within 10 min driving distance. Car is obligatory. Beaches can be reached within 15 minutes. The place is quiet with a lot of privacy. The land lord is very nice and helpful. WLAN works fine. There is good cell phone coverage. Day trips are convinied to Bordeaux, Biarritz, St. Emilion. The house can be absolutely recommended. We enjoyed being there.

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre apaisant
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances, la maison est spacieuse, agréable à vivre, fonctionnelle et pleine de charme. Le cadre nous a permis de tous nous reposer, les poneys au bord du jardin, le calme, la piscine et le jaccuzzi y ont beaucoup contribué. Nous avons eu le plaisir de discuter avec quelques voisins tous plus accueillants les uns que les autres. La maison est proche de l'océan, la route se fait rapidement, et les environs sont remplis d'activités correspondant à tout âge et a des prix abordables. Nous sommes tous ravis d'avoir choisi cette maison et nous la recommandons avec plaisir.

Super villa au calme, un peu éloigné des autres se qui permet de faire un peu plus de bruit, pour des jeunes comme nous, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus dans cette villa mais malheureusement n'était pas très propre. Petit bémol pas de taxi dans les environs pour aller en discothèque, mais nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances quand même! Merci à la propriétaire pour sa confiance

Agréable séjour
Nous avons eu un accueil fort chaleureux, et avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est spacieuse et fort agréable et dotée de tout l’équipement nécessaire pour nous et notre petite de 20 mois. Les petits moins étaient la piscine un peu fraîche à 26°C mais utilisable, le matelas pour le lit parapluie pour bébé qui est trop peu épais et inconfortable avec le châssis du lit mais nous nous en sommes sortis en rajoutant des grande dalles sous le matelas, et la période de séjour qui était très gorgée en retombée de pollen sur notre semaine seulement mais qui nous a au final peu dérangée. Nous avons eu un petit souci électrique mais qui a été rapidement résolu rapidement par Mme ROUY et son homme de main sur place qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous et très réactifs. Une très bonne location où l'en se sent bien, confortable, et bien décorée, qui dispose d'une vue sur la campagne tranquille avec les chevaux et d’un calme environnant extraordinaire et d'une terrasse dotée d’un très bon jacuzzi où il fait bon se relaxer qui donne envie de rester pour s'y reposer et d'en abuser.
