Lovely home in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré

A modern vacation home with plenty of space on a large enclosed plot in a residential area with pine forests. Nearby there are opportunities for water sports, horse riding, tennis, hiking and cycling trails as well as many picturesque villages, nature reserves, oyster farms, antique markets and wineries to visit. Experience markets with fresh local produce. Visit the harbor pier in St. Martin to enjoy the local drink Pineau in one of the many bars.

Le propriétaire doit envisager de nombreuses ré"parutions et une sérieuse remise à niveau des installations et un ménage approfondi. Par ailleurs, la villa ne devant pas être très souvent occupée,

Les Grenettes Holiday Home

A comfortable and spacious holiday home. The swimming pool, garden and living room were the best features of the property. It is situated in a quiet setting with a well established garden surrounded by beautiful pine trees.

Excellente prestation

Séjour de 2 semaines en couple + visite ponctuelle des enfants (adultes). Villa très agréable, bien équipée, située au calme tout en restant raisonablement proche - 15 min à vélo - des marchés et autres animations des "hauts sites" de l'Ile (La Flotte, St Martin, La Couarde, ...). Accueil souriant de la personne en charge et suivi attentif du propriétaire. Je recommande vivement.

Mauvais rapport qualité / prix. Maison non refaite depuis 20 ans

La maison serait clairement appréciée par un très grand nombre, en revanche les prestations ne sont pas du tout dans la gamme de prix pratiquée. A 4,000€ la semaine, les attentes sont autres. La maison était probablement très chic il y a 20 ans, en revanche elle n’a pas été refaite. Extérieurs et intérieur peu entretenus, jardin entretenu mais plantes très grandes. Cuisine non refaite. Literie très simple, serveittes vieillissante. A louer oui, mais pas à ce prix. Des villas neuves avec piscine chauffée sont disponibles pour légèrement plus cher.
