"A hotel that feels like a camping. You have to carry your garbage outside. Leave your linens and towels in the hallway upon checkout. Ourdoor pool opens at 10am and closes at 7pm. It’s a short window. "

"Apartment is spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Roselyne is an excellent host and clearly cares about her guests. You are a 2 minute walk from a gorgeous beach as well as the bus stop to take you into town. Bed is a bit short, just a heads up for my fellow tall people. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely house in a beautiful spot with magical views of the bay. Ground floor bedroom lovely but lacks privacy (see-through blind so we bought a covering to hang in the doorway). The house is situated on a very steep hill which means the garden is not usable for anything other than eating/ sitting/ sun-bathing on the deck. We had a great stay. Thank you. "

"We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very clean and pool was so warm. Stephanie was brilliant, always at the end of the phone to help. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We were 2 family’s staying and there was definitely enough space for us all. "Had a wonderful stay at this awesome house. It is really large, gorgeous pool and so well situated. We loved the beautiful architecture and being so close in driving distance to things. What I didn’t realise (my fault entirely) is that it was so close to the road. That was only a problem when you were at the pool not in the house Other than that- great stay."

"We had a very good time. We were lucky with the weather and spent time around the pool as well as travelling around the area. The house was very well appointed; particularly the kitchen,and the owner was always available on the phone to give advice. We would certainly recommend it to others. There were a couple of domestic issues with cleaning and linen provided, but the owner had been let down by a staff member. She is well aware of these issues, was very apologetic and is taking action to...

"The apartment is ideally situated in the Var region so within a couple hours to Provence, Cote D'Azure and the Luberon. The community-shared swimming pool is large, clean and ideal for families with kids, but with many rules and limited hours so be sure to follow accordingly. "The location was brilliant for trips to Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud. However, decoration slightly dated. Bathroom very poor as only small 1/2 bath and no shower head holder. No toiletries and reception only open at certain times. Wifi only available for one device. Pool was closed and no breakfast options available. If it was summer months it would be a lot better. I would probably stay here again and it is still a decent option for a family."

Better than we could have imagined

"Even though we arrived for our stay in Winter the stand alone small dwelling was warm and inviting with more than sufficient heating and spotless presentation. We tried hard to leave it the same way but how can you better excellence! Everything worked and the walk to Sainte-Maxime was only 15-20 min along a really pleasant boulevard where we were presented with some of the best food we have experienced in France. At night we listened to the waves crashing only four or five meters from our glass sliding door with a glass of red in hand. This is a special place and managed/owned by special people - Catherine was a wonderful host and she was both helpful and responsive without fault. I don't want to encourage too many people to go there as I would like to see some time-slots open for us again through this year. It was worth the journey on its own and then topped off with the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime which we felt had so much more warmth, character and style over Saint-Tropez. This is a definite winner. "

"Beautiful boutique hotel just 10min drive from the center of St Tropez. We arrived 10/26, the last day the hotel was open for the season. Also it was the big sales weekend in St Tropez but because of the huge rainstorm and flooding we didn’t go into town. Thankfully the hotel could take us at their lovely restaurant for dinner during the storm. Service and food was excellent. Safe parking inside the gated property. Room 13 was lovely with a patio and seating and a great view of the pool and the water. We’ll be back earlier in the season!"
