"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. The space was very clean, and the location was good to get to Vieux Lyon in about 20 minutes. Thank you for having me!"

"Vincent was attentive and helpful - we loved the location in the heart of the restaurant district and right across the river from Old town Lyon. There were some steps to get to the apartment on the top level but it was spacious, very clean, well appointed and a spectacular view of the Basilica from our living room window. We would recommend this to friends and stay here again!! Lyon exceeded our expectations - this stay was lovely!"

"Tout est très bien pour cette location. Très bien placé pour visiter Lyon, accéder aux transports en commun. C'est propre et correctement équipé. Manque un peu de lumière naturelle quand-même. Deux défauts importants : Accès difficile à la salle de bain, à la douche et surtout aux WC. Ne convient pas du tout à des personnes un peu enveloppées. Difficultés aussi pour prendre possession des lieux. Le code de la box où récupérer la clé était erroné et il a fallu au moins 15 mn pour y remédier. Que...

"Nice, clean property. Good area very close to subway/light rail stations. Easy to get around. A couple of things were working (coffee makers, dishwasher, etc) Also - check in is a bit tricky since you need to pick up keys from local store that closes at 7pm and isn’t open on Sundays. The owner arranged her cleaning lady to meet us since it was after hours (which we appreciated) but seems like it could be a better process if after hours? Overall a solid place to stay in a safe neighborhood."
