"We had a short stay as a family here during a trip to the area. It is a lovely, peaceful property and well laid out. We had a great check in experience with the friendly concierge who explained everything to us. We also briefly met the owner who was helpful and friendly. The house is in a very nice setting and we enjoyed having the swimming pool for a nice relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring! We found the space and amenities of the house more than enough for five adults."

"The gite was lovely and in a beautiful village with a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Sylvie was very welcoming and always friendly. Unfortunately our visit was let down by three things. Firstly whilst on our arrival the pool side furniture was out and we were told we were welcome to use it, by the Monday, the loungers had been put away and the table and chairs covered. "Our stay at Bois Mort exceeded all expectations and Maison Maurice was the perfect place for a much-needed lazy holiday, surrounded by farmland and wildflower meadows. We loved the charming little house equipped with everything we needed, with two private terraces and easy access to the amazing new pool. "Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"More than most properties - Gille’s sprawling 16th, 17th and other centuries place will mould to your wishes. No heated pool for us and the games room remained quiet. But a wonderful maze with parking for only the Le Mans champs ( like myself). Everything is close and walkable."

"Beau parc de loisir très calme et bien intégré dans une forêt de pins. Les cottages sont confortables, ils disposent de tout ce qu’il faut, sauf la clim. Comme tous les CenterParc, c’est un paradis pour les enfants. Le nom du parc n’est pas usurpé, des daims en liberté parcourent les espaces entre les cottages en broutant. Craintifs, ils ne se laissent pas approcher à moins de trois mètres. Les cottages sont des cubes accolés les uns aux autres, et ne sont pas très beaux. Ils sont trop visibles...
