"We had a short stay as a family here during a trip to the area. It is a lovely, peaceful property and well laid out. We had a great check in experience with the friendly concierge who explained everything to us. We also briefly met the owner who was helpful and friendly. The house is in a very nice setting and we enjoyed having the swimming pool for a nice relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring! We found the space and amenities of the house more than enough for five adults."

"The gite was lovely and in a beautiful village with a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Sylvie was very welcoming and always friendly. Unfortunately our visit was let down by three things. Firstly whilst on our arrival the pool side furniture was out and we were told we were welcome to use it, by the Monday, the loungers had been put away and the table and chairs covered. It would have been nice if they were put out each day. I suppose we could have asked, but felt...

"We booked at short notice once lock-down restriction had lifted, looking for a place suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids. We were fortunate to find this amazing, well-equipped cottage with a garden and hot-tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is built with thick stone walls so was quiet cool during the hottest days of summer. The village has a bakery, a small shop selling a selection of food and drink, and a few places to eat and drink. It is ideally located to explore the Loire...

"Our stay at Bois Mort exceeded all expectations and Maison Maurice was the perfect place for a much-needed lazy holiday, surrounded by farmland and wildflower meadows. We loved the charming little house equipped with everything we needed, with two private terraces and easy access to the amazing new pool.
