"So loved this place it absolutely made our Belfast stay so much nicer. We stayed in a huge apartment - it was awesome and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. "the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. "We arrived on the July 12 holiday with many traffic problems. Then the unit we were assigned to had maintenance problems. Andrew went above and beyond to find us another unit and se that we were taken care. Wonderful attention and service. Thank you Andrew!"

"The property is as advertised except for the “patio.” I’m not sure that is really accurate as it is a small pad at the back of the property, not really a place to sit or anything like that. The neighborhood is fine, a short walk to/from restaurants, etc. The house was comfortable for two couples. We had to find the router in order to find the network and password. Also, it may have been our error but we could not get the towel warmers to work."

"We loved the homey feel of this hotel. It did feel very comfortable and clean. The gym was also excellent, clean, and good equipment. Our notes for improvement were mainly that the reception desk is not clear, and when we walked into the lobby we did not see a staff member to check-in with. Parking was also difficult since you need to park off-site. We had to walk by several homeless people and felt a bit unsafe getting to the hotel."
