"On arrival to this hotel we experienced an easy check in. When we reached our room we found our keycard did not actually work so had to use a manual key. The room was clean and tidy and had a nice view of the sea from the balcony but the heating in the room did not work which meant it was freezing. Other members of our group next door to us also did not have heating that worked and their hair dryer in the bathroom also did NOT work. It seems nothing really works in this hotel. The third time...

"The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!"

"Nice small family hotel. Our room had an amazing view of the sea and was great for relaxing. On the other hand parking was challenging and the Wi-Fi was non existent. If you list that there is internet in each room I expect it to work. There was no signal except in one corner area and it kept cutting in and out. This would have not been an issue if my trip was for vacation. I was trying to work and it was impossible to do so."

"I think this property is located in a beautiful setting and is right on the beach but at the same time is secluded. I loved all the surrounding trees."
