"The rooms looks modern, well-maintained and well-equipped with kitchen appliances & cutleries. Only thing that can be improved is the foldable bed that has instructions that are not exactly straightforward on how to operate it. Also, for the method of communication, Sometimes its hard to get things you want done as staff is always not around except an iPad for calling at the front desk. "

Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well. We enjoyed walking to the market and explored the local cafes and shops. The hotel does provide an itinerary and has some amazing recommendations in the area. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed with all the necessary amenities one could need. The front desk staff were super helpful. All in all we had a great experience staying at Section L."

"A great place to stay if you're going to Disney. We stayed here for 2 nights, and 1 night at a Disney hotel (for the Disney Vacation package so we could go to Fantasy Springs). I would rate Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama's facilities, service and buffet breakfast much higher and far better value. The staff who handled our check-in, baggage, and departure on the Airport Limousine provided impeccable service and made it all so easy. Would recommend getting a day pass (can get for 1 or more days) for the Disney Resort Liner if going to the parks. The station is a few minutes walk to and from the hotel, and it's a much quicker & nicer ride than the shuttle bus. There are a variety of tasty choices for breakfast, both Japanese and Western, savoury and sweet - everything you'd expect plus some dishes you might not. The laundry with option to pay via an app, the breakfast booking system and the shops are all added bonuses that made our stay enjoyable. Finally, the atrium is as beautiful as it looks in the photos!"

"This place is perfect to visit Disneyland and Disney sea! The room was bright and clean- 2 single beds plus a small sofa so plenty of place for our bags. Nice clean bathroom. The hotel itself is great - convenience store downstairs open until 11pm. Disney store inside the hotel. Friendly staff at check in and at restaurant. Breakfast was lovely - we had a slightly better experience in the California restaurant than the Hamakase for breakfast but still enjoyed both. The free shuttles to the train station and parks were amazing - so happy with the service and can’t recommend this place enough!"
