"We decided to stay in Narita the night before our international flight. APA is literally a 3 minute walk from Narita Kensei train station. From there it is only 1 station/ 7 minute train ride to the airport. Small but comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. Air conditioned and onsen available, but not between 1000-1500. "Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead."

The only complaint would be that the room was a little bit smaller than we anticipated, but we were expecting a small room in the first place.
