Hotel Lumiere Grande Nagareyama Otakanomori

3.5 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (333)
"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. Very convenient!"

Super Hotel Asakusa

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (60)
"Arrived after long flight. Had to pay 3000 yen in cash for 'service charge' for my 4 night stay. I was too tired to argue and did not ask for receipt. I think I was scammed. This is definitely not the 'city tax'. I stayed at another Super Hotel in Tokyo (Ningyocho) a week later and no additional fees were asked for. Both cases I prepaid for the hotel on this site. Other than that, the hotel and breakfast is great."

KAIKA TOKYO by THE SHARE HOTELS

3.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (234)
"Aesthetically very pleasing but not so convenient for transport and dining options. You will need to walk at least 11 minutes to the closest train station and decent dining, 5 minutes to the closest bus stop. Will take about 18 minutes to get to the main Asakusa tourist areas. I knew this prior to booking but as Tokyo was the end of our 3 week trip, we were getting tired and wanted less walking. But there is a 7-11, 3 minutes walk away. Having said this, the facilities and rooms were great....
