"Great place just outside the old city. Check in was easily coordinated. The room was comfortable and spacious. Simple bath products. Nice little snacks and coffee as a welcome. Easy to walk to the Sassi and see Old Matera. Would recommend."

"The Masseria itself is stunning. The rooms are basic but very clean. The pool area is lovely, and the courtyard has beautiful views of the old house built into the rock. We also booked the spa, which was an amazing private experience with steam room, shower, sauna and private pool. 5 minute drive from the Centro Storico. "
