Nestled in the serene haven of Hazeldene, Salcombe, this 2-bedroom holiday apartment is a tranquil escape offering a high standard of accommodation. Ideally positioned a short stroll from North Sands beach and the renowned Winking Prawn beach café, as well as a 15-minute walk from the vibrant Salcombe town centre.

Boasting a luxury and welcoming "home from home" ambiance, this apartment is accessed via a short series of steps down from the designated off-road parking space (suitable for a medium-sized car). All on one level, this raised ground-floor apartment is the perfect holiday base for up to four guests, with the main changeover day being a Saturday.

Accommodation Details
Step into this apartment from the grounds and car parking area at Hazeldene, where an allocated off-road parking space awaits. The front door, located just inside the main communal entrance of Hazeldene, leads to a welcoming internal hallway, with a convenient storage area for coats, shoes, and bags.

Bedrooms
The first bedroom features a king-size bed, built in wardrobes and bedside tables. This light and airy room, presented in stylish calm tones, offers stunning coastal views to wake up to and has direct access to the terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. It has the added bonus of an en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom offers flexible accommodation, either as two single beds or as one super king size bed – making it ideal for children or couples. This bedroom is presented in serene tones and features a bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe.

All bed linen and towels are included in the rental cost, excluding beach towels.

Bathrooms
The main bathroom is modern and well-presented, comprising of a bath with a shower over, a vanity unit with mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rail.

Open Plan Living Space
The bright and airy open plan living space comprises a kitchen, dining, and lounge area, with a welcoming ambiance and breath-taking coastal views.

The lounge area provides ample comfortable seating with two sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

The dining space features a table and chairs suitable for up to four guests.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a Nespresso coffee machine, together with a wide range of stylish crockery, glasses, and kitchen equipment.

Outside Space
A generous terrace, elevated to capture the stunning coastal and countryside setting, creates the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

Furnished with a stylish outdoor table and comfortable seating with cushions, it's an ideal place to kick back and relax.

Guests can also explore the communal gardens at the Hazeldene development.

Parking
One medium-sized car can be accommodated in the private allocated off-road parking space within the Hazeldene complex. There is also on road parking available on a first come first served basis for any additional cars.

1) Wifi access throughout this apartment

2) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside, on the terrace or in the grounds

3) Children must be supervised at all times on the terrace due to the low-level railings

4) Children are welcome to play in the communal gardens under adult supervision

5) Access may be challenging for those with mobility issues due to the steps down from the parking area to the main front door

6)Please note there is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises

7) Please note that this holiday home does not accept any pets. However, the owners do bring their own dogs on occasions.

Great stay in North Sands with Salcombe Abode. A fab apartment in a great setting, light and sunny and very well equipped. Coffee machine (coffee pods provided) dishwasher,( tablets provided) even a backpack, a little thing but so useful. Had originally booked for 4 days but it was so wonderful we extended our stay. Will definitely return to No 5, and thoroughly recommend Salcombe Abode, great personal service..
