Recently renovated, quaint 2 bed 1 bath gem on a quiet Salem street! Sleeps 6. Unwind in a cozy living room or cook in a subway-tiled kitchen with ample space. Just a stone's throw away from Rt 28, Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, & MGH, and only 35-40 min from Boston! Ample parking on-premises. Pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee. 2nd flr bedrooms may not be ideal for elderly or children.
The beautiful Tuscan Village is just a 2 min drive away. Near the Rail Trail & hiking spots nearby. Train station to Boston is a short 5 minute drive and Rt 93 takes you straight to Boston or up to Manchester and the mountains

Please note that parties & events are not allowed on the property. Our policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to respect our neighbors and their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.
We would like to disclose that there are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.

Reasons I would not return
The description and pictures of the property are deceiving. Every room had a large transition in the floor either up or down. We tripped several times till we got used to it. There was no bedding for the pull out couch (pillows, sheets, blankets). There were no washcloths and coffee pot was dirty. The porch that it showed in the advertisement had patio furniture with an umbrella that was off to the side of the house with no umbrella. Also, it did not state the home was between at least three separate rentals. We went back to the home only to sleep each day. It was a family or friends out on the deck furniture I’m assuming they put up there themselves right outside of our door. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and storage in bedrooms. It was equipped with a hairdryer, iron, air fryer, coffee, pot, toaster, and all cookware plates, cups, etc.. I did send a message immediately to the property owner of I believe with my concerns and they did drop off sheets for the pullout, no blanket or pillows and only 4 wash cloths. There was no detergent in the laundry area so we had to use hand towels for washing after the four were used the first day. They did get back to me immediately with my concern and appreciated me reaching out as they said they had a new cleaning crew and was grateful for the input.
