Scout- a rustic “cabin” apartment in the city

Scout is a one-bedroom apartment, decorated to look like the rustic interior of a log cabin.
Enjoy roasting marshmallows on the tabletop S’mores maker, or warmup by the electric fireplace.
The apartment features a full kitchen, queen sized memory foam bed, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, and coin laundry in the basement.

This apartment is designed for traveling professionals.

Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.

The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.

This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.

There is not a mail key available for this apartment. You will need to set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.

This is a building of ten apartments. There are four (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room.

There is a coin laundry setup in the basement.
