property was beautiful ! clean, classy and courteous staff. i ran a bit after the time i said i would for check in. however they were very accommodating and even met me at my car to escort me to my parking spot in the garage . the parking lot was a bit of a maze but i figured it out. i would and will stay again very soon! thank you for the gift card!

Hotel X is beautiful from the building to the people. This was first time in Canada and it was a great experience. I loved our view of the lake. Thank you.

The property itself was impeccably clean and exuded a sense of safety and comfort that immediately put us at ease. Despite being slightly removed from the central business district, the hotel’s location proved ideal—just minutes from downtown attractions and activities, with the vibrant theater district literally around the corner. Inside, the hotel was a hub of lively energy, hosting various activities that added to the overall experience. One highlight of our stay was the impeccable service at breakfast. Victoria, at the Bloom Restaurant, went above and beyond to ensure we started each day on the perfect note. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly memorable. Overall, the Shangri-La Toronto perfectly balanced luxury, convenience, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout among the city’s hotels. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a refined yet welcoming experience in the heart of Toronto.
