"Pros: - fabulous ambiance, there is a very positive vibes with this hotel (and town), cute colors and decorations. - Breakfast: served on balcony overlooking beautiful mountains, - Staff: very friendly and helpful - location: very good, walkable to central areas, on path to coffee farms - room: clean - View: window overlooking the mountains. Cons: - Room: cold at night, and no heating system. They ran out of blankets, too. - Bed: was uncomfortable, too soft and worn out. Overall a great stay, I recommend. "

"Excellent hospitality and gorgeous views ! So peaceful ! Johnny was extremely helpful and very personable . He gave me ideas about the areas, booked me a chocolate massage, recommended Filandia for a day trip and recommended El Robles restaurant ( 5 min walk from the hotel - food was fresh and outstanding and prices very reasonable ). He was always smiling and ready to help. Same with the other young guy at reception ( I forgot his name). The view of the valley and the mountains from this hotel is out of this world, and having breakfast on the terrace was just beautiful, even it fit was quite chilly all my 3 days there. The bar and the area around the pond gets pretty lively on evenings, as lots of people come over to enjoy the peaceful environment . My room was beautiful ( thank you Johnny) and being woke in the morning by the trill of birds and a neighbouring rooster was the best! It is very close to Salento by Uber ( $10). The grounds are clean and well kept. The sauna gets hot fast ( liked it) , but the wet sauna lacks temperature. That needs to be fixed. Also, it was very cold during my massage. Heaters need to be provided for the massage room, for colder days. Good quality cosmetics and free potable water in the kitchen were a plus. Breakfast was very good and made fresh in order. I has a very nice and restful 3 days stay here. Highly recommend this place ! ( you should learn a bit of Spanish if you come here). If the weather permits, you can go on hikes etc. "

"Very clean and newly renovated hotel, one block away from the main shopping street and 5 min away from the Park ( where the Willys for Cocora Valley are). . Very quiet, good quality cosmetics, free potable water in the main lobby, comfortable pillows, lots of TV channels, safety deposit box. Good hot water pressure. Very charming too. Heads up there is no heat ( it gets chilly at night), so have a proper pijama and at least a sweater and long pants for evening walks. No need for AC during the day. Suggestions : a screen should be installed on the bathroom window, heaters availability for guests, a tall mirror in the room, more hangers are needed. I will gladly returned at this hotel, I actually liked it a lot. Customer service is good, and Alejandra is a top notch employee. She deserves a raise. "
