"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. "Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The beach is not as portrayed, it was grubby and overcrowded, the sea was clean clear water. The food choices at both breakfast and dinner were varied and good, however hot options were never hot at best tepid. The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good . "The hotel was beautifully clean and right next to the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful, we arrived early and they let us have early check in and even help ourselves to the breakfast from that morning. We even had a lift to the airport from Patricia when there wasn't a taxi available - super helpful! Each day we were able to have an umbrella and two sunbeds bought down to the beach for us which was fantastic, the beach is about 3 minutes away from the hotel and has lovely golden...

"Phenomenal stay. The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the sitting area was compact but useful, the bathroom was very nice. Reception was fantastic - especially Federica who went out of her way to be of assistance. Breakfast was endless and delicious and included. The building was very modern and very well priced. I can’t say enough nice things about this place - if only they had parking! Otherwise it would have been perfect."

"We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"

"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. "E’ una struttura nuova, luminosa . La camera e’ molto spaziosa e l’aria condizionata funzionava molto bene, con cassaforte , televisione e frigo per le bevande . Per il resto non ci sono altri servizi , a parte la reception e la sala colazioni , dove vengono serviti ottimi dolci . Ahimè non hanno niente di salato , il che è una pecca secondo me . A 10-15 minuti di macchina dalle principali spiagge ."
